Christmas Magic Slots

Muckross Christmas Magic is held on Muckross Traditional Farms at Muckross House Killarney, Co Kerry. When you arrive at Muckross House park your car in the main car park and follow the signposting to Muckross Christmas Magic.

On arrival in Killarney town follow the sign posting to Muckross House. It is 4 miles from Killarney town on the Kenmare road the N71. The entrance has a Large Blue sign saying Muckross House, Gardens and Traditional Farms.

Yes there is free parking on site.

Adults Tickets: €15.00

Child Tickets (12 months – 12 years): €25.00

Babies (under 12 months including present) €10.00

All prices are excluding Booking Fees.

These are charges passed on to us by the bank / credit card companies for their services in processing the ticket transactions and also for the installation, maintance and operation of the ticketing system./p>

Tickets are available for purchase online at www.muckross-house.ie from October 5th. A credit or debit card will be required.

This means the time slot in question is full. We suggest you try an alternative time slot.

This means the time slot has not enough capacity to take your entire group. We suggest you try an alternative time slot.

The maximum group size is 24pax. The group size is set by the capacity of the horse drawn carriages. If a particular time slot will not take your entire group it is most likely that you have exceeded the capacity of that time slot. Move to another time slot and complete your booking in that way.

Members of each family / group must always be booked into the same time slot. Booking into another time slot either before or after the chosen slot will mean that your party will all not visit Muckross Christmas Magic together.

Booking unaccompanied minors into a time slot is contrary to our terms and conditions. The booking will be voided and refunded following system identification.

It is best to arrive at the check-in kiosk 15 minutes before your booked time.

If you miss your time slot every effort will be made to accommodate your booking, but there is no guarantee that this will be possible due to the limited capacity of the horse drawn carriages.

Yes you can bring a buggy but not on the horse drawn carriages. On arrival at the check-in kiosk we will take the buggy from you and bring it to the Mucklorian village where you can pick it up after your horse drawn carriage trip.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any family pets at Muckross Christmas Magic.

There is no direct contact with animals but we do have Horses, Hens and Pigs on display as part of the experience.

Yes of course you can bring a camera to record your family’s day out. We will also have a professional photographer onsite to capture your child’s moment with Santa. The purchase of this photo is optional. We do not allow video camera’s during your visit to Santa. Flash photography in the immediate vicinity of the horses is strictly prohibited.

The visit to Muckross Christmas Magic will take your group about 1.15 to 1.30 hrs.

Yes all children will receive a gift from Santa. The gifts are age appropriate and are not meant to represent any particular ticket value.

Yes Muckross Christmas Magic is wheelchair accessible. Depending on the individual needs it may be necessary to forego the horse carriage ride. Please let us know your requirements via the comments section at time of booking.

No unfortunately tickets are non-refundable.

Due to the high demand please allow a reasonable length of time for your ticket to arrive to the e-mail address you have given at your time of purchase. Please also check your spam / junk folders before contacting our technical support via email.

Muckross Christmas Magic is an outdoor event and subject to the changing weather conditions. We suggest you wrap up well and of course do not forget your ticket.

The organisers of Muckross Christmas Magic will do everything in their power to ensure the smooth and safe running of the event. In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either a full refund or an alternative visit depending on the nature of the cancellation.
